New challenge and DT call

Hello all! Fabulous "Autumn Colors" entries! Another tough choice for the team to narrow down our favorites. Now its time for another new challenge and some news. First lets start with the news!   

The TIOT team is looking to add some new members to our design team. If you love to craft and have fun then we are looking for you.  We are looking for newbies or practiced crafters to join one of the most laid back teams in blogland. If you would like to join our friendly gang then create an entry following this weeks challenge and mark your entry with DT after your name, on the linky then post on your blog, letting everyone know about the DT call and we will pop over and say hi.  Out DT call will run until midnight Nov 20. Hello out there to all our TIOT followers. Some great entries for last fortnights "Layers" challenge. Can you believe we had exactly 100 entries? Thats 100 great entries for us to choose from. You sure are all making it very hard for the DT. Its a good thing we have our Guest designers on hand to help us out .
