Its News Time here at Try it on Tuesdays
We are thrilled to announce that we are welcoming two new designers to
the TioT's family tomorrow.
Sirkkis
Sirkka lives in Finland, and creates fantastic digital and collage artwork,
which we are sure many of you will have seen over on her own blog. One of the things Sirkka mentions in her blog profile is, that this sort of art, which demands modern techniques , will keep her learning new things for the rest of her life.

Hello everyone. My name is Pamellia Johnson and I live in Toronto, Ontario, Canada with my wonderful husband and our two little girls. Scully [a teacup Maltese] and Pebbles [a teacup Pomeranian].
When I was just a kid, I spent several weeks dumping the cereal and crackers out of every box I could find so that I could build a dolls house., complete with pots and pans in the kitchen and throw cushions on the couch. It took up half the attic and I got into so much trouble, but oh what fun I had! not much has changed since then, I still dump the cereal out so I can use the boxes and I still have so much fun crafting. I just don't get into trouble any more lo!
I think what I enjoy making most is hand made cards and I realy love doing shabby chic projects with tons of lace, pearls, flowers and big shabby bows. I have also just started to learn about Tim Holtz, so you might see a little grunge here and there as well.
Whenever possible I try to make every aspect of my projects by hand. I prefer to make my own backgrounds and flowers, I dye .y own ribbons, I even make some of my embellishments out of clay. I find such a sense of accomplishment in knowing that I made it myself.
Thank you so much to the Try it On Tuesday team for inviting me to be part of their family. I am thrilled and honoured to be here with such a talented group of artists. I look forward to this next step in my crafting adventures and I hope to see you here every second Tuesday for a wonderful new Challenge.
Welcome to you both from all of us at TioT's.
They have both made fantastic pieces for the new challenge starting tomorrow,
we hope you will stop by and join in our new challenge theme.
