تبدأ عملية إنتاج الزيوت داخل خطوط الفلاكر بمرحلة الاستقبال والفرز، حيث يتم استلام المواد الخام وفحصها للتأكد من جودتها وخلوها من الشوائب. بعد ذلك يتم تنظيف البذور باستخدام أنظمة غربلة وهوائية ومغناطيسية لإزالة الأتربة والحصى والمعادن. هذه المرحلة مهمة جدًا لأنها تؤثر على كفاءة أجهزة الأوتوكلاف الصناعية التالية من العملية. ثم يتم نقل البذور إلى مرحلة التكسير، حيث يتم تفتيتها إلى أجزاء أصغر لتسهيل عملية العصر. وتساعد هذه الخطوة في زيادة المساحة السطحية للبذور، مما يحسن من معدل استخراج الزيت في المراحل اللاحقة. بعد ذلك يتم تجهيز المواد لمرحلة الفلاكر التي تُعد من أهم مراحل العملية الصناعية. هذا التسلسل الدقيق في العمليات يضمن تحقيق أعلى كفاءة ممكنة في استخلاص الزيوت، مع الحفاظ على جودة المنتج النهائي وتقليل الفاقد الصناعي.
